I enjoyed my time at the Greerton Library today, and I picked out my own books. I chose spider books and shark books which are my favourite! - TR

War Memorial Wall in Tauranga

  Today I visited the War Memorial Wall in Tauranga. I saw the names of the brave men that gave their lives so we could be free. Anzac Day is this weekend a time to remember them. Lest we Forget! DG

Abilities unleashed

Today for abilities unleashed I had fun reading some books with my friends from Te Puke, then we finished it off with a fun game of toss the bean bags! I won at least 2 rounds - TR

 Today in cooking we made vege fritters they were delicious.

I was a pro at the drums today. And each time the song got paused we had to "STOP" 🛑 our instrument. It was a fun game.

 Today we made self  crusting quiche with vegetables from the garden. EB

Abilities Unleashed

 Today at Abilities Unleashed Te Puke came over to the Greerton centere and we played Bowles and 10 pin, we had a great time and it was lovely to see our friends.

Had a blast in music today. We did music in the dark and jammed out to everyones favourites.

We used Gemini AI to create photos of me standing with Elvis Presley, Freddy Mercury and The Bee Gees. Some turned out funny and some were great. These ones were the best! EB

Cone pong

 I played a fun game in sports, we called it cone pong. We bounced the balls on the table and tried to get them into cones worth different points. I won by scoring 30 points! It was so much fun. D.H.

Connect 20

 

I love going to Connect 20—it’s always such a great experience. It was really nice to spend time with my friends and enjoy a cold drink, despite the weather 🌦️ . Gv

 Reading my favourite book about spiders today at the library. DG

We cut safe and unsafe scenarios out and discussed them. Then we glued them into the correct columns.  EB

Outing

 

We had such a fun day out today looking at all the Easter stuff at The crossing. There were so many cute decorations and treats, and it was just really nice walking around and enjoying it all together. Definitely a good day 😊 Gv

Cooking

 

                Today we picked veges from the garden and made Fried Rice. EB

 Today I enjoyed helping to make the Easter raffle prizes! I had fun choosing where to put the decorations and chocolates - TR

Music talent show

 

Today we had a talent show and I performed mostly Elvis Presley songs like “Jailhouse Rock” and “Burning Love”. I had so much fun! - TR

Wet day games

 

Alas no library today due to rain. Instead we played memory, hangman and cards. A great morning. DG

 I had a wonderful morning today with the guys’ group; we enjoyed playing basketball and football. It was very fun! Gv

I played guess that song with all my friends, I am a music genius because I got basically all of them right! And then I played the drums and danced for the rest of the session - TR

Outing

 

Today, we visited the historic village. We spent time exploring the art galleries and danced along to some wonderful live music. I absolutely loved it! Gv

Today we took a break from Mary Poppins play! Today we created a puppet show using AI. When we created it we read thru the script. The play was called “The great Shiny!” WD

I really enjoyed doing some dancing and posing like Elvis. We talked about our photography album and decided I will dress like Elvis and recreate some iconic pictures of him in a photoshoot. EP and me
