Golf ⛳️

I had a great time playing golf with my friends, we were all such great team players cheering each other on. JG

  I was getting down at music this week. We all chose an instrument and then swapped them around. I love feeling the rhythm and letting loose.

 Today I really enjoyed my massage, it was so relaxing I went to sleep.

  This week in music we did an interpretive dance session to classical music. I listened and then moved to what I heard. I loved twirling the ribbon.

Literacy and Numeracy!!

  In literacy and numeracy we have been working our way through the alphabet. I am enjoying these stamp activities. Today I also made up a little story using the prompt words Cat, pool, and lollie. It made me laugh.

 In art we made these little boats with half walnuts and sails made out of broken plates. Then we made a high sea diorama.

I had a great time fishing with my friends this afternoon I caught 6 fish in total. JG

 

Sport fun day

 

Today we had a fun sports day at Arohanui. We played all sorts of different fun games such as bean bag toss, croquet, basketball and table tennis. It was good playing alongside a group of my friends. There was a lot of laughs going on. We even snuck in some sneaky magic tricks.

My sail boat

 In art I made this sail boat. We used the electric drill to make the hole for the sail . And cut the sail out of fabric. It has little flags and it is cute.

Batman Flies 🪁

I made a cool Kite a few weeks ago and called it “Batman”. Today I took Batman to Yatton Park to fly. Batman flies! JG

BBQ Damper

  In cooking this week we used the BBQ to make damper. Flour, baking powder and water, wrapped around a stick then wrapped in tin foil and onto the BBQ! Yummy!

I enjoyed bowling. I got a strike and celebrated by hi fiving all my team mates.

 

Savoury scones

 What a great start back for 2025. We made some delicious savoury scones in cooking. I helped measure and mix the dough. Yum yum!
