We were talking and writing about emotions today. I mentioned that sometimes we feel happy and brave. We had some good conversations about how feeling all emotions are good, but we need to know how to react with our feelings

Weaving Exhibition

Today we went to the weaving exhibition near the historic village. It was amazing. I was impressed with all the amazing crafts. We met the students and teachers who did all the work. It was fun walking around and looking at everything.

 

Acting and roleplay

 

I loved showing off how to be a Buffalo. I made sure it was an American Buffalo rather than an African Buffalo. It was great doing animal charades with my friends

Botanical Gardens

 

 Today I had a lovely outing to the botanical and Rose gardens. We were looking at the beautiful orchids and choosing our favourites. We also looked at the planes taking off.

I enjoyed making different characters with puppets, i love the name Micheal. Everyone got called it

Bubble Art

 We tried out some bubble art. I loved watching the bubbles make lots of different and cool designs on the paper. -MN

I snapped my fingers in time to the music and sang out loud as I watched Elvis Presley on YouTube. EB

Acting and roleplay

 

I was a handsome price and the helpful hero today. I enjoyed saving the day and helping the princess down from the tower and finding my way through the woods with a helpful cheeky wolf

Shopping at the Warehouse

 Today we purchased some flower pots for a woodwork project. I used the self service checkout. DG

Literacy and numeracy

 

Lots of counting and coloring in. I like practicing counting because sometimes I start on the wrong shape and my numbers end up wrong. But i did an awesome job on this sheet
